During my visit to the salon, I had an amazing appointment. The staff member, Qaiser, went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely comfortable throughout the entire waxing process. They made sure that the temperature of the wax was just right and bearable, which I really appreciated. It was a truly wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning in the future. less

I recently visited this salon for a nail appointment, and while the overall experience was good, there was one small issue that I encountered. It would have been really helpful if the salon could notify customers when the specific person they booked with is not available. I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but it would be nice to be informed in advance so that we can reschedule or choose a different technician for our appointment. This small improvement would definitely enhance the overall customer experience at this salon. less
